I am an International Real Estate Agent and Property Finder based in Italy, with a strong international background and extensive experience. I assist private clients and investors in buying, selling and investing in residential, luxury and investment properties.

In addition to being a certified Real Estate Agent in Italy and a member of FIAIP – Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobiliari Professionali, I also hold a European Professional Card (EPC), recognizing my professional qualification and allowing me to operate as a Real Estate Agent in France.

My international activity is supported by an extensive professional network. Having lived for many years in California and being both an Italian and U.S. citizen, I bring an international perspective to my work and a strong understanding of the expectations and needs of international clients, particularly when approaching the Italian real estate market.

Earlier in my career, I worked for several years in a notarial office in Rome, where I gained valuable experience in preparing and reviewing documentation and contracts related to real estate transactions, including property sales and mortgage agreements. This background has given me a solid understanding of the contractual and documentary aspects of real estate transactions and continues to be an important part of my professional approach.

My goal is to guide both Italian and international clients through the Italian real estate market, whether buying, selling or investing. For Italian property owners, my international network provides the opportunity to reach beyond the local market and connect with a broader pool of qualified international buyers. At the same time, I assist Italian clients in exploring property opportunities worldwide, especially in France and the United States.
